Barry Bostwick Joins Anthony Rapp in USA's PSYCH Musical Episode

According to Entertainment Weekly, Rocky Horror's Barry Bostwick has just joined previously announced Anthony Rapp (RENT) and Brooke Lyons ("2 Broke Girls") in the upcoming musical episode of "Psych" on USA Network. He will play "Armitage", owner of a theater in Santa Barbara.

Rapp will take on the role of the playwright, "Z" and Lyons will play "Elisa", the playwright's muse and original cast member of an "ill-fated" musical.

The two-hour musical episode is currently taping in Vancouver and will air as part of "Psych" season seven, featuring original songs by creator Steve Franks, plus, of course, the series' stars James Roday and Dule Hill.

Bostwick has appeared on Broadway in Nick & Nora, The Robber Bridegroom, They Knew What They Wanted, Grease, Soon, Hamlet and Cock-A-Doodle Dandy. His off-Broadway credits include She Loves Me and Colette, plus the US tour of The Pirates of Penzance.

The actor has appeared on TV in the sitcom Spin City, What I Like About You, Law & Order: SVU, Charlie's Angels, Hawii Five-O, The Golden Palace, Grace Under Fire, Cold Case, Scrubs, Las Vegas and more. Bostwick's most notable film role was "Brad Majors" in 1975's The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
