On last night's DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS results show, viewers said goodbye to Bristol Palin and her professional dance partner Mark Ballas. The vote came down to a bottom 2 consisting of Palin and fan favorite Kirstie Alley. The night also saw a performance by Season 9 champion Donny Osmond and singing sensation Susan Boyle.

“We made it to Week 4 and I’m happy with that,” said Palin of being the latest All-Star to lose her shot at the Mirrorball trophy. She added,  “I had an awesome time and an awesome partner … and I wish everyone the best of luck!”

Palin first competed in the fall 2010 season of Dancing with the Stars and reached the finals, finishing in third place. In 2011, the activist released her memoir Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far, in which she candidly discusses aspects of her personal life, including tensions with the McCain family. The book was a New York Times bestseller.

This year, Palin starred in a docu-series Life's a Tripp. The series followed Bristol as she adjusts back to normal routine in Alaska.
