THE LATE SHOW posted a 2.4/06 in households with an average of 3.29m viewers. In key demographics, LATE SHOW averaged 0.8/03 in adults 18-49, 1.1/04 in adults 25-54 and 0.5/02 in adults 18-34, all tied with THE TONIGHT SHOW. THE LATE SHOW beat Jimmy Kimmel Live in households (2.4/06 vs. 1.8/05, +33%), viewers (3.29m vs. 2.53m, +30%), adults 18-49 (0.8/03 vs. 0.7/03, +14%), adults 25-54 (1.1/04 vs. 0.9/04, +22%) and tied in adults 18-34 (0.5/02, each).
