Pam Veasey ("CSI: NY") has been tapped to supervise the Sarah Michelle Gellar-led drama pilot "Ringer," a network spokesperson has confirmed to the site exclusively.

The potential CBS drama revolves around Bridget Cafferty (Gellar), a troubled young woman who, while on the run from the mob, hides out by inhabiting the life of her wealthy twin sister, Siobhan Marx, until she learns that her twin's life has a bounty on it as well. Also cast in the project are Tara Summers, Ioan Gruffudd, Mike Colter and Nestor Carbonell.

Eric Charmelo and Nicole Snyder co-wrote the hour, from ABC Studios and CBS Television Studios, which Veasey will executive produce and serve as showrunner. Richard Shepard is directing while Peter Traugott of Brillstein Entertainment Partners also executive produces.
