DOCTOR WHO Returns to BBC One on 3/30

Today, the Doctor Who team over at BBC One made a rather large announcement: the DOCTOR will be back. Soon.

"We can confirm that Doctor Who returns to BBC One during the Easter weekend on Saturday, 30 March, 2013," 'The Doctor Who Team' announced via their official blog.

The first episode of the latest season - which will be comprised of 8 episodes total - was written by executive producer and head writer, Steven Moffat. Colm McCarthy directed the episode.

Mark Gatiss (VICTORY OF THE DALEKS) and Neil Gaiman will also return to direct DOCTOR outings.
