TVLine.com reports that FOX has ordered scripts from two new comedy pilots. The first will be an animated project from Ryan Reynolds titled LOWE ROLLERS. The project will be penned by Mark Torgove, Paul Kaplan and Ash Brannon. It will tell the story of a family as it "tries to maintain a semblance of civility while struggling to run a sinking Titanic-themed casino in the heart of Sin City."

The other yet to be titled live-action project will be written by Matt Manfredi and Phil Hay and will follow a "disgraced hotel-industry hotshot who is exiled to a lower-rung airport hotel and forced to manage an oddball staff in his quest to will the hotel (and his life) to four-star greatness."

Reynolds, Matt Manfredi, Phil Hay, Jonathon Komack Martin, Allan Loeb and Steven Pearl will executive produce both upcoming projects.

Reynolds played the role of Michael Bergen on ABC's sitcom Two Guys and a Girl (1998–2001). He has also appeared in films such as National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Just Friends, Definitely, Maybe, The Proposal, The Change-Up, Safe House , and Ted.
