FOX's AMERICAN IDOL Ranks as No. 1 of Week Across All Key Demos

FOX's week was highlighted by the premiere of The Following which was the second-highest-rated drama debut of the season on any network among Adults 18-49, as well as, the highest-rated drama of the night.

In addition, American Idol ranked as the No. 1 program of the week across all key demos. In addition, Bones again posted its highest total viewers of the season. For the week, FOX ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens and was the No. 1 or No. 2 network among Adults 18-49 on all 7 nights.

For the week, FOX had:

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL- WED (No. 1), AMERICAN IDOL- THU (No. 2), The Following (No. 8), Family Guy (No. 13), Glee (No. 14), The Simpsons (No. 19 tie) and Bones (No. 19 tie).

· 10 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: AMERICAN IDOL- WED (No. 1), AMERICAN IDOL- THU (No. 2), Family Guy (No. 5), Glee (No. 10 tie), AMERICAN DAD (No. 10 tie), The Simpsons (No. 12), The Following (No. 13), FOX UFC SATURDAY (No. 15 tie), Bob's Burgers (No. 15 tie) and New Girl (No. 15 tie).

· 9 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: AMERICAN IDOL- WED (No. 1 tie), AMERICAN IDOL- THU (No. 1 tie), Family Guy (No. 3), Glee (No. 5), The Simpsons (No. 6), Bob's Burgers (No. 7) AMERICAN DAD (No. 8), The Following (No. 15) and The Cleveland Show (No. 17).
