Food Network & Cooking Channel Kick Off New Year With BOBBY FLAY FIT

Food Network celebrates 2013 with a brand-new slate of multiplatform programming from culinary superstar Bobby Flay, including his first-ever digital series Bobby Flay FIT. Based on his own experience and proven philosophies in healthy eating and living, Bobby Flay Fit kicks off Monday, January 14th at FoodNetwork.com/fit. On-air, Brunch @ Bobby's began its third season on Thursday, January 3rd at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT on Cooking Channel, followed by Bobby's Dinner Battle primetime premiere tonight, January 16th at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network.

For those looking for a healthy start to the New Year, Bobby Flay Fit is a seven-episode digital series based on Bobby's philosophy that it only takes one week to create healthier habits with moderation and exercise. Featuring recipes, workouts, tips and guests including Michael Symon and Katie Lee, the series offers a blueprint for getting rid of unhealthy habits in favor of staying motivated and fit. Beginning Monday, January 14th, FoodNetwork.com will roll out one themed video daily - Moderation, Motivation, Mix-It-Up, Expect More, Discipline, Support and Wrap-Up. Bobby holds the dinner competition of a Lifetime in the new five-episode series Bobby's Dinner Battle, premiering tonight, January 16th at 10pm ET/PT on Food Network. After scouting Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Northern New Jersey and New York for outstanding home cooks, Bobby chooses three teams per city to compete against each other to be crowned their city's best. Using their home-grown kitchen skills and creativity, each team has a limited budget and three hours to turn a secret theme into a spectacular three-course dinner party for Bobby, their competitors and special guests.

Brunch @ Bobby's returned to Cooking Channel for a third season on Thursday, January 3rd at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT. Always the quintessential host, he shares his passion for brunch and is totally in his element whipping up dishes sweet and savory. Over the 14 new episodes, Bobby explores brunches from around the world - including Brunch Bites Across Europe, Vermont Bed & Breakfast Style, Best of the Pacific Northwest and a French Countryside Picnic.
