Two-time Academy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange has been officially confirmed to appear at the final panel as part of 2013's PaleyFest discussion series on March 15 to represent her mega-hit FX horror series AMERICAN HORROR STORY, in addition to a number of other notable names.
Creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk will also appear on the panel, as will series co-stars Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, Frances Conroy and Season Two standout James Cromwell. Executive producers Tim Minear and Dante DiLoreto will also participate in the packed panel.
AMERICAN HORROR STORY garnered 17 Emmy Award nominations - tied for the most of any series last year - for its first season. Its second season, titled AMERICAN HORROR STORY: ASYLUM, was met with critical praise and consistent viewer numbers equal the very successful first season of the horror anthology series.
FX has picked up American Horror Story for a new season and Lange, Rabe, Conroy and Peters have been confirmed to return, as well as frequent familiar faces on the show Dylan McDermott and Taissa Farmiga. Also, MISERY Oscar-winner Kathy Bates joins the cast.
Murphy has been mum on the plot for Season Three, but many speculate it could involve witches and New Orleans. Murphy has previously stated only that it would feature Lange as "a glamour cat."
Fans assume many new details about the new season will be revealed at PaleyFest. Fingers - and brooms - crossed!
A livestream of the PaleyFest American Horror Story discussion will be broadcast live on March 15 at the official site here.
