MOONSHINERS Wraps Second Season with 3.87M Total Viewers

Moonshiners season two finale, "Last Shiner Standing", trounced the cable television competition on Wednesday Jan. 30 and was the #1 cable program, no exclusions, with 3.87 million total viewers P2+. Marking a series best, it was also the #1 show on cable across key demos, including Persons 18+, Persons 25-54, Persons 18-49, Persons 18-34, Men 25-54, and Men 18-49.

MOONSHINERS earned 2.58 HH / 2.30 P25-54 / 2.00 P18-49/ 3.87 million viewers P2+ average delivery. It was also the #2 program in ALL OF TELEVISION (broadcast and cable) behind only "American Idol", among Men 18-49 and Men 25-54 delivery. Moonshiners beat FX's THE AMERICANS premiere by 650,000 Total Viewers P2+, 3.87m vs. 3.22m.

Among Men 25-54, Moonshiners beat ALL broadcast programs on CBS, NBC and ABC, including ABC's Modern Family, The Neighbors, The Middle, and Suburgatory; CBS' CSI, Criminal Minds and Super Bowl Great Commercials; and NBC's Chicago Fire, Law & Order: SVU, Whitney and Guys With Kids.
