The highly acclaimed short film MULATTO SAGA  will air on CBS in the New York tri-state area on October 21 at 2pm. The short has aired nationally on network affiliates and cable tv stations since October 4, 2012 as part of Frank Badami's African American Short Film Showcase.

"It aired in Los Angeles in September on KCAL and I am so pleased it's finally airing on a network affiliate in New York," said Fairley who stars in the film along with Cassidy Knight, Kaylee Souther and others. "The cast is thrilled!"

Directed by Spike Lee's assistant director Michael Pinckney, Mulatto Saga is about a romantic relationship between a white man and black woman that goes awry. It's sequel, Juliette Fairley's (left) Mulatto's Dilemma, won Best Romantic Comedy at the New York International Film Festival and Best Fiction Film at the Red Hook Film Festival in Brooklyn. The film next screens at the Pocono Mountains Film Festival in Pennsylvania this weekend on Saturday October 20, 2012.

"It's exciting to see my hard work come to fruition on television," said Fairley who recently wrapped production on a third short called Juliette Fairley's Diary of a Mulatto Bride.
