Neve Campbell to Join Season 9 of GREY'S as a Shepherd Sister

As TVLine reported earlier this evening, Party of Five star Neve Campbell is set to join the cast of GREY'S ANATOMY for season 9 as one of Derek Shepherd's sisters. Campell is confirmed to appear in multiple episodes.

Throughout the long-running, medical procedural, Derek's sisters have all either been eluded to, or seen in the GREY'S universe. One sister, Amelia, is currently played by Caterina Scorsone on PRIVATE PRACTICE, another, Nancy, was played previously by Embeth Davitz. With those roles previously cast, Campbell will either take the role of Kathleen, a psychiatrist, or the unnamed, though eluded to, fourth sister.

Campbell rose to wide fame as lead character Julia Salinger in the teen drama series Party of Five, starring in the series from 1994 to 2000. She went on to star in movies such as The Craft, the Scream series, Wild Things and Three to Tango. She also appeared in the film version of Reefer Madness.
