Sgt. Brent Burke had been tried four times in civilian courts for the murders and each time the case ended in a mistrial. Then the Army's JAG stepped in and allowed 48 Hours access to both prosecutors and the defense as Burke's case played out. 48 HOURS: "Honor and Dishonor" is produced by Marcelena Spencer. Michelle Feuer and Claire Anderson are the field producers. Michael McHugh is the producer-editor. Atticus Brady and Marcus Balsam are the editors. Peter Schweitzer is the senior producer.
