Mills (Charlie Barnett) helps a distraught driver who caused an accident and Shay (Lauren German) makes a decision about her future with Clarice (guest star Shiri Appleby). Meanwhile, Herrmann (David Eigenberg), Otis (Yuri Sardarov) and Dawson (Monica Raymund) get to the bottom of a mystery about their bar. Jesse Spencer also stars.
