Meanwhile, Gloria has trust issues with their new nanny, Claire has a rare bonding moment with Haley, and Phil helps Luke with a girl he likes, on "Modern Family," WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6 (9:00-9:31 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
