Gibbs realizes the Captain is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, but knows his experience overseas may also provide a key link to the crime, on a rebroadcast of NCIS, Tuesday, Jan. 22 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
