Meanwhile, Amber resists Debbie's attempts to talk about her new boyfriend, handsome but dim jock Jeremy (guest star Grant Harvey), on "The Neighbors," TONIGHT, FEBRUARY 6 (8:30-9:00 p.m., ET) on ABC.
