Scoop: THE VIEW - Week of 1/7 on ABC Beginning MONDAY, JANUARY 7, ABC's Emmy Award-winning talk show "The View" (11:00a.m. - 12:00 noon, ET) celebrates Y-O-U, the viewer. "The Year of the Viewer" dedicates 2013 to viewers from coast to coast and around the globe with exciting opportunities to participate in the show, including makeovers from "The View Crew," the chance to ask guests questions submitted to the official Twitter of "The View" (@theviewtv #asktheview), exclusive giveaways and "Viewer Hot Topics."

The excitement begins next week when in-studio audience members join the co-hosts at their signature "Hot Topics" table, as well as with the much anticipated announcement of the grand-prize winners of "The Family Time Together" contest -- in which four lucky viewers and the viewers who nominated them each win a Disney Parks Vacation -- and with Elisabeth Hasselbeck shopping for three lucky viewers. All week the show will conclude with "Viewer Hot Topics" courtesy of studio audience members, featuring discussions and topics from Y-O-U, the viewer.

Bradley Cooper makes his first appearance on "The View" to discuss his Golden Globe-nominated role in "Silver Linings Playbook," live, JANUARY 8. The week of JANAURY 7-11 also welcomes Academy Award winners Jessica Lange ("American Horror Story") and Jeff Bridges (author, The Dude and the Zen Master), comedian Jeffrey Ross ("The Burn with Jeffrey Ross"), and actors Rob Lowe (Lifetime's "Prosecuting Casey Anthony"), Laura Dern ("Enlightened") and Jason Clarke ("Zero Dark Thirty").

Gilles Marini guest co-hosts the first "Guy Day Friday" of 2013, FRIDAY, JANUARY 11.

MONDAY, JANUARY 7 -- "The View" returns live for the kick-off celebration of "The Year of the Viewer" with the announcement of the winners of "The Family Time Together" contest; Jessica Lange ("American Horror Story"); co-host/designer Elisabeth Hasselbeck shops for three lucky viewers; "Viewer Hot Topics" from members of the studio audience.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 11 - Gilles Marini ("Dancing with the Stars: All Stars") guest co-hosts "Guy Day Friday"; Laura Dern ("Enlightened"); Jason Clarke ("Zero Dark Thirty"); "Viewer Hot Topics."
