Scoop: THE VIEW on ABC - Week of January 28, 2013 The celebration of "The Year of the Viewer" continues on ABC's "The View" (11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon, ET) as the co-hosts welcome first-time guest Seth McFarlane ("Family Guy," "Ted"), host of ABC's broadcast of "The Oscars" on ABC. Viewers have the opportunity to ask McFarlane questions submitted to the official Twitter of "The View" (@theviewtv #asktheview). McFarlane has also been nominated for an Oscar for Best Original Song as a co-writer of the theme song to his film "Ted."
