First things first, you need to watch this!In a new skit, Tegan And Sara teach Andy Samberg how to be a heartthrob. It's part of a series the girls have released around their new album obviously titled, "Heartthrob: The Interviews," where they interview past and present heartthrobs about what it's like to be them. Watch them interview Cory Monteith and Skylar Astin.

Tegan and Sara's seventh studio album, Heartthrob, came out today (iTunes link,Spotify link). Buzz is a word constantly thrown around in every press release you've ever read, but in the case of Heartthrob, it's legitimately warranted. Everyone seems to be talking about the album and first single, "Closer." The girls released songs early on a wide range of outlets including Vanity Fair, Glamourand NPR via All Songs Considered. Heartthrob premiered in its entirety withRolling Stone, who have been huge supporters.

To say there's a lot going on right now would be an understatement. The girls are on the cover of the new digital issue of Spin, scored a massive feature in The Wall St Journal, covered The Rolling Stones classic "Fool To Cry" for the soundtrack to the HBO smash series Girls and were just announced as one of the top line attractions at Coachella. They'll be performing "Closer" this Thursday, January 31st on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Due to illness, the band unfortunately had to make the tough decision to cancel both Beacon Theatre NYC shows this week and reschedule them for February 19th and 20th respectively. The girls are bummed, but you need to have your voice to perform a great show. Tickets for the January 28th show will be honored at the February 19th show and likewise for January 29th tickets, those will now be good for February 20th.
