THE BACHELOR's Desiree Hartsock took to Twitter yesterday in defense of her brother who many fans believe was the source behind her surprising elimination on this week's episode. During Hartsock's 'hometown visit', her brother accused Bachelor Sean Lowe of being a "playboy" during their one-on-one meeting.
"Men may come and go but family is there long after the show," maintained the bachelorette. "#lovemyfam #yeseventheoutspokenbro #lifeliveson. She added: "You can't ruin something that isn't complete so be easy on my bro. A man who truly loved me would see past the family member I hardly see."However Des conceded that her brother's comments were rude and possibly inappropriate. "Not justifying them," she tweeted. "Just forgive him and can't stay bitter forever. #gottamoveon."The reality star went on to thank fans for their support since Monday night's episode hit the airwaves and shared that she had no regrets over her decision to compete on the reality dating competition. "Mistakes are just the stakes it takes to see if decisions made were the make or break," she mused. "#noregrets only #lifelessons." She added, "Thanks for the love everyone. All things happen for a reason so don't feel bad for me. Forgiveness leads to happiness. #bachelorwisdom xoxox."On next week's episode of the show, Lowe takes the remaining three women, Catherine Giudici, Lindsay Yenter and AshLee Frazier to romantic Thailand where he hopes he will be able to have a clear understanding of who he'd like to spend the rest of his life with. The episode airs The Monday, February 25 on ABC.
