TLC is inviting viewers to its Saturday House Party! TLC opens its doors to a fresh line up of property shows with a weekly programming block dedicated to unique abodes, home improvement and no shortage of proud homeowners.

Kicking off on Saturday, April 20 at 9 PM (ET/PT), TLC premieres the second season of the hit series FOUR HOUSES, which features four passionate homeowners who are invited to preview, critique and score each other's homes for the chance to win $10,000. Each week, Four Houses is followed by all-new premieres of outrageously fun property specials with a twist. From insane bathrooms and relentless realtors trying to unload extreme listings, to hunky carpenters tackling "honey-do" lists and design obsessed homeowners, TLC takes how-to to a whole new level.

"Inside all of us is a borderline nosy neighbor, dying to catch a glimpse into the homes and lives of those around us," said Amy Winter, general manager of TLC. "Saturday House Party goes beyond home improvement, offering programs to satisfy that curiosity, revealing the surprising commonalities - and wacky personalities - behind their front doors."

TLC's Saturday House Party programming line-up includes:

FOUR HOUSES

Twelve-part series Premieres with back-to-back episodes on April 20 at 9/8c on TLC

FOUR HOUSES features four design-obsessed homeowners as they vie to impress each other with their unique decor and personal style. The contestants will have the chance to poke around each home and give their frank - and often harsh - opinions before awarding the home an overall impression score out of ten and later ranking it for originality, Style and livability. The homeowner with the highesttotal score takes home the $10,000 grand prize - and of course, bragging rights. TLC has upped the ante this season by featuring even more of the largest, architecturally appealing and oftentimes, quirky, homes across the country.

INSANE BATHROOMS

Premieres April 27 at 10/9c on TLC

The bathroom is a place we all spend time in every day - but you've never seen bathrooms that are quite like this. From a bathroom suite inspired by a Lalique chandelier and worthy of a 1930's movie queen, to a couple who have transformed every bathroom in their boutique hotel into a themed-design based on their favorite movies and TV shows; from a see-through public bathroom in The Middle of a busy city square, to a multi-million dollar mountain hideaway with a bathroom designed all ingold, INSANE BATHROOMS is a tour of the most unique, opulent, and mind-bending bathrooms in the world.

TWISTED AND LISTED

Premieres May 4 at 10/9c on TLC

In the Seattle real estate market, there's only one person willing to list ANYTHING - Theresa Michaels. She dominates the market because she tackles problem properties that no other realtor will touch. She loves The Challenge of the quirky, the outrageous, and downright disastrous and in the end, she always finds inventive ways to get an offer. If it's twisted... she'll list it!

HONEY DO

Premieres with back-to-back 30-minute episodes on May 11 at 10/9c on TLC

In each episode of HONEY DO, a dream team of handy men will come to the aid of one wife with a totally relatable problem: she's got a "honey do" list a mile long - and her husband doesn't know where to begin. That's where our hunky carpenters come in. They'll bring their tools and talents and get to work doing all those things her man doesn't know how to do. They'll paint the dining room and finish the deck. They'll snake the toilet and swap the old can lights for a new chandelier. Oh, and they'll also make the husband a part of their team, so he knows how to do all those things after they're gone.

SURREAL ESTATE

Premieres May 18 at 10/9c on TLC

In this one-hour special, viewers will meet enthusiastic homebuyers in search of one-of-a-kind properties that appeal to their own highly unique tastes. With the help of their savvy realtors, buyers will take a look at an array of different properties - such as a house in the shape of a Pyramid, a converted missile silo, and a home whose interiors are loosely based off of a Dr. Seuss adventure. But it doesn't take long for both realtor and buyer to realize that finding the perfect place to call home isn't always as easy as it seems.
