Team Coco Loses Two Supermodel Hopefuls on Oxygen's THE FACE

The clock was ticking for runway hopefuls last night on Oxygen Media's third episode of The Face (Tuesday, February 26th at 9 PM ET/PT), as ten remaining contestants were pitted against one another in a "Quick Change" test shoot and bridal couture fashion show that left emotions at an all-time high, followed by an unexpected departure from the competition.

After an impressive 41-second demonstration by supermodel coach Karolina Kurkova, each hopeful selected a Christian Siriano outfit to pair with a Marshalls Accessory Wall item and strutted down the runway to strike a pose in the fastest time possible. Tension surged when Devyn, from Team Karolina, lost the $5,000 Marshalls shopping spree by only two seconds to her final competitor, Margaux, from Team Coco. Back at the loft, highs quickly turned to lows for Team Coco as Marlee made the difficult decision to leave the competition to support her family. After an emotional goodbye, the aspiring models faced their toughest campaign yet - navigating an enormous staircase for a fashion show with wedding gown retailer Kleinfeld. In the couture gowns, hopefuls struggled to maintain composure and impress the audience as well as the brand's Fashion Director Terry Hall. Some rose to the challenge, like Team Naomi's Sandra, previously brought to tears with nervousness; and others were overcome by pressure, like Margaux from Team Coco, who fell just as she reached the top of the staircase.

In the end, more than half of the audience voted for Team Naomi, leaving Karolina and Coco with one of their hardest decisions yet. After listening to the feedback that Terry Hall gave of her girls, Coco selected Brittany for elimination due to her lack of presence and inability to leave an impression during the fashion show. Up against Team Karolina's Ebony, the two ladies had to face Naomi Campbell for the first time ever. The tables quickly turned as Team Coco started the week with four girls, and ended up with two when Brittany was ultimately eliminated.

A veteran to modeling, Brittany, 25, grew up in the small town of Anderson, IN. She was discovered when she was 16 and has worked runway shows at the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week as well as during Miami's Swim Week. Brittany came on to the show with the hopes that this would be her next big break in the industry, but was unfortunately told that she was not "The Face."

Next week on Tuesday, March 5th at 9 PM ET/PT, Oxygen's "The Face" focuses on movement in modeling with well-known choreographer and dancer Salim Gauwloos. After learning a short routine, each of the eight remaining contestants attempt to gain the perfect picture by performing in front of the camera. Utilizing the skills they learned from Salim, the supermodel team's work together for one of America's largest off-price retailers, Marshalls, to create a lookbook for their assortment of designer spring dresses. All the while, they are judged by Marshalls superfan and celebrity stylist Jen Rade, as she judges the supermodel hopefuls and vocalizes her opinions throughout the challenge. Although one team dresses to impress, will their attitude get in the way of their win?
