Vortexx on The CW, an affiliate of Saban Brands, today announced The New Adventures of Nanoboy, an Educational and Informational (E/I) program, will make its way onto the kids programming block today, March 9. The series will be featured with back-to-back episodes at 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
The New Adventures of Nanoboy follows the character Oscar, in the role of his alter-ego Nanoboy, as he harnesses and uses the power of science and technology to save his world from the meanest and ugliest villains around. In doing so, he teaches viewers the elements of science and enticingly demonstrates how knowledge can be used to solve difficult problems and meet important aims.
"Oscar is a relatable character to kids, dealing with certain challenges they might face in their everyday life. When Oscar magically transforms into Nanoboy, he shows kids how learning and knowledge inspire him to overcome obstacles," said Joel Andryc, Co-President of Vortexx. "The New Adventures of Nanoboy is a fantastic Educational and Informational program and we're proud to be adding it to the lineup on Vortexx on The CW."
Also airing on March 9 will be other Vortexx marquee titles, including Sonic X, Transformers Prime, Justice League Unlimited, Dragon Ball Z Kai, WWE Saturday Morning Slam, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL.
