Emotions ran high on Oxygen Media's competition series The Face (Tuesday, March 19th at 9 PM ET/PT) as the remaining six contenders fought for a coveted place in the final four. With a double elimination looming over them, each contestant utilized their knowledge and communication skills in their most important test shoot yet, "What's In My Bag" where Us Weekly reporter Jennifer Peros questioned each woman to describe an item they carry in their handbag. While some stammered through personal questions, Zi Lin charmed the judges and won a $2,000 designer handbag. Then, legendary supermodel Pat Cleveland alongside media journalist William Norwich taught the ladies how to walk the walk and talk The Talk before judging them during a pressure-filled red carpet event. Guest interviewer and talk show host Wendy Williams put the ladies on the spot with hard-hitting questions, often pitting them against their teammates. Devyn and Ebony from Team Karolina rose to the occasion and secured their spots in the final four.
With the fate of Team Naomi and Team Coco, left to Supermodel Coach Karolina Kurkova, the four remaining models went to the elimination room to prove why they deserved to be "The Face" of ULTA Beauty. International beauty Zi Lin from Team Naomi was selected to move on to the final four - eliminating Jocelyn from the competition. On Team Coco, Stephanie, who lacked previous modeling experience, was sent home, granting Margaux a spot in the finale.
Jocelyn (20) is a part Chinese, part Icelandic model from Victoria, Canada who has only been modeling for three years. Her interest in the industry brought her to New York, where she has modeled for Cosmopolitan and Seventeen magazines, as well as successful catalog and print campaigns for Guess and Forever 21. Stephanie (21), from San Francisco, CA, had never modeled a day in her life prior to auditioning for the show. Each week she continued to impress the judges and always came out of the elimination room safe. In the end, both Jocelyn and Stephanie did not have what it took to become "The Face," and were sent home.
