OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network's original series, Tyler Perry's "The Haves and the Have Nots," scored its third consecutive week of record highs as the Tuesday, August 13 episode (9-10 p.m.) delivered 2.1 million total viewers, making it the most watched episode of the season.

For the fifth week in a row, the series ranked #2 in the time period on all of cable in the key female demo (1.67 W25-54) and Tuesday night's #3 cable telecast for the third week in a row in the key female demo. The series is averaging 1.48 W25-54 and 1.7 million total viewers.

From prolific writer, director, producer Tyler Perry, "The Haves and the Have Nots" follows the complicated dynamic between the rich and powerful Cryer family and the hired help who work in their opulent mansion set in Savannah, Georgia. In last night's episode, Veronica (Angela Robinson) was still searching for answers about Benny's (Tyler Lepley) case as the detective came across some interesting information; Katheryn Cryer (Renee Lawless) and Amanda Cryer (Jaclyn Betham) were recovering in the hospital; and Jeffery (Gavin Houston) offered Candace (Tika Sumpter) money to be his girlfriend in public.
