VIDEO: AMERICAN IDOL's Mandisa Performs 'Somebody's Angel'

Former AMERICAN IDOL contestant Mandisa performs the new song 'Somebody's Angel' which was featured in the new gmcTV movie 'Christmas Angel.' The film, which stars Teri Polo, Kevin Sorbo and Della Reese, follows a young girl who tries to prove that the mysterious old lady next door is really an angel, when some of the Christmas wishes of the neighborhood kids start coming true.  Check out the video of the song below!

Mandisa appeared on the fifth season of the FOX singing competition, coming in ninth place. She went on to earn three Grammy nominations and released 'It's Christmas' album in 2008. 

In 2011 the artist released her 'What If We Were Real' album which went on to sell 228,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. She is currently on the Girls Night Out tour with Britt Nicole and Laura Story.
