VIDEO: Alec Baldwin Addresses Racial Allegations on LETTERMAN

Alec Baldwin stopped by last night's Late Show with David Letterman on CBS to address allegations that he used a racial epithet in a recent confrontation with a photographer earlier in the month. Accorrding to tabloid reports, the actor called the cameraman, who is black, a "coon," "crackhead" and "drug dealer."

The actor told the late night host, "there was no evidence ... that I ever said something racial. I thought it was interesting, by the way, that they assigned a word to me I haven't heard since Rod Steiger was in 'In the Heat of the Night.' This is a word that is usually confined to a certain part of the South in the early '60s." Watch the appearance below.

Baldwin is currently in rehearsals for the upcoming Broadway revival of 'Orphans.' His long-running stint on the NBC comedy '30 Rock' ended last month.
