VIDEO: Behind-the-Scenes of HBO's GAME OF THRONES Season 3

HBO is giving viewers a "chilling" behind-the-scenes look at the filming of the third season of its hit drama series GAME OF THRONES. Check out the video below which gives you an idea of the brutal weather conditions the cast and crew endured as they shot on location in Iceland!

Based on the novels of George R.R. Martin, the third season is said to adapt events from "A Storm of Swords."

The cast of season two included Emmy and Golden Globe winner Peter Dinklage, Michelle Fairley, Lena Headey, Emilia Clarke, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Aidan Gillen, Iain Glen, Kit Harington, Richard Madden, Maisie Williams, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Sophie Turner, Jack Gleeson and Alfie Allen.

The third season of Game of Thrones premieres on March 31 on HBO.
