VIDEO: Lindsay Lohan's Mom Wants Spot on DANCING WITH THE STARS

Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina Lohan, is openly campaigning to win a spot on the next edition of ABC's DANCING WITH THE STARS. Lohan appeared on last night's 'Extra' and told host Mario Lopez that her goal is to be paired with professional dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy on the next installment of the popular competition. A spokesperson for the ABC network refused to comment on the elder Lohan's request for a chance to cut a rug on the dance floor this spring when the show begins its 16th season.

Recently, it was reported that Lindsay Lohan turned down a whopping $550,000 to compete on the show. The actress reportedly explained that right now she wants to focus on her acting career.

The next season of ABC's Dancing with the Stars will premiere on Monday, March 18 at 8/7c.
