VIDEO: Promo for CBS's New Reality Competition THE JOB

Below, check out two new promos for CBS's all-new reality competition series THE JOB. The series premieres this Friday, February 8th at 8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT.

On the first episode of the new CBS series THE JOB, five candidates vie for an assistant manager position with the Palm Restaurant Group. The fine-dining steakhouse has been owned and operated by members of the Bozzi and Ganzi families for 87 years and has 25 locations across the continental United States, as well as international outposts in Mexico City and London.

From acclaimed executive producers Michael Davies and Mark Burnett, THE JOB is a reality competition series which puts deserving candidates face-to-face with executives at some of America's most prestigious companies in the most unique - and demanding - interview of their lives.
