VIDEO: Seth MacFarlane Spoofs 'Psycho' in All-New OSCAR Promo

With only a month to go before the big night, Seth MacFarlane, host of the 85th ANNUAL ACADEMY AWARDS decided to spoof one of the all-time scariest films ever made, Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho.' Check out the brand-new Oscar promo below!

Academy Awards for outstanding film achievements of 2012 will be presented on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center on the ABC network. Don Mischer will direct the telecast for the third consecutive time. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 225 countries worldwide.
