Academy Award winning actress Susan Sarandon makes her Project Runway debut in this Thursday's all-new episode. For this week's team challenge, the designers are tasked with creating ball-boy outfits and new server uniforms for SPiN, Sarandon's ping-pong social club. Get a first look below!
