VIDEO: X FACTOR Judge Demi Lovato Honors Victims of SANDY HOOK

In a video posted on YouTube on Christmas Eve, X FACTOR judge Demi Lovato performs the single "Angels Among Us" which she dedicates to the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary School. Check out the moving performance below!

The video begins with the message: "We can never imagine what the families in Newtown, Conn., are experiencing right now. And while there is nothing we can do to replace their loss, we can stand together and support them during this difficult time. This song is in honor of those angels we lost on December 14."

The moving tribute also provides information on how to show support to the families of the victims of this tragic event:
