Season Premiere of FOOD NETWORK STAR Among Food Network's June Highlights

Food Network jumps into June with the season nine premiere of Food Network Star Sunday, June 2nd at 9pm directly followed by the season finale of Iron Chef America: Tournament of Champions at 10pm. Tennis Star Andy Roddick Named New FOX SPORTS LIVE Co-Host

Andy Roddick, at one time the No. 1 men's tennis player in the world and a Grand Slam singles champion, is joining FOX Sports 1, America's new sports network launching August 17, as a co-host for FOX SPORTS LIVE, the network's flagship news, opinion and highlights program. The announcement was made today by FOX Sports Co-President and COO Eric Shanks and Executive Vice President, Studio Production, Scott Ackerson who is overseeing FOX Sports' news coverage. (more...)

USA Orders New Half-Hour Comedy DIVIDE & CONQUER

USA Network today greenlit a new original half hour comedy pilot with an order for DIVIDE & CONQUER from executive producer and writer Peter Ocko (FAIRLY LEGAL, "The Office," "Pushing Daisies"). The news comes on the heels of the network's first comedy series pickups for SIRENS and PLAYING HOUSE and a pilot order for LOVE IS DEAD. The network's first original comedies are slated to premiere in first quarter 2014, following the launch of the award-winning and top-rated comedy MODERN FAMILY, on USA on Tuesday, September 24 at 8/7c. Final Season of FUTURAMA to Premiere 6/19

"Futurama" rockets into space for the (second) final time as the Emmy Award-winning series will conclude its long history with this summer's all-new season. The thirteen-episode summer run will premiere on COMEDY CENTRAL with back-to-back episodes on Wednesday, June 19 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT with the emotional series finale scheduled for September 4. Special guest stars for the final season include Larry Bird, Dan Castellaneta, Emilia Clark, Sarah Silverman, George Takei, Adam West and Burt Ward. The show's entire original voice cast will be returning. Including the yet-to-air season, this will bring the total number of episodes in "Futurama's" storied history to 140. (more...)
